| May 20th | Under the command of Captain P J Bridson, Manxman sails light ship bound for Douglas | ||
| May 21st | Manxman's maiden voyage to Liverpool at 08:30 | ||
| May 23rd | The Manxman sails to Fleetwood for the first time | ||
| May 30th | Fisrt sailing to Ardrossan | ||
| June 2nd | Manxman calls at the Queen's pier Ramsey en Route to Belfast | ||
| June 9th | First call at Dublin | ||
| July 5th | First call at Llandudno | ||
| July 9th | It is reported that Manxman has made significant savings in fuel consumption over her older sisters for example saving between 2.24 and 3.33 tons per sailing to Liverpool ! | ||
